EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND REPRESENTATION. Section 1 The Employer agrees not to discharge, discriminate, interfere with, restrain or coerce any employee because of his or her lawful exercise of the rights set forth in Section 2, Chapter 150E of the Massachusetts General Laws. No member of the bargaining unit will be disciplined or discharged without good cause.
