Common use of - Employee Separated from Employment Clause in Contracts

- Employee Separated from Employment. An eligible employee separated from employment in good standing for reasons other than death, retirement, or disability shall have the option, upon written agreement, to be compensated for ten percent (10%) of the employee’s unused accrued sick leave days to date of separation not to exceed two hundred (200) days, at the employee’s base hourly rate of pay.
