Employees in the Armed Services. Recognizing the moral and legal responsibility to the employees subject to this Agreement who have entered into the Armed Services, the Producer and the Union agree that they have a joint responsibility (subject to the then-existing statutes) in the reinstatement of such employees to the jobs such employees held prior to their entry into the Armed Services. Producers and the Union agree that employees temporarily holding such jobs will be displaced by such returning employees.
