Returning Employees. Employees previously employed by the Employer who return to employment with the Employer with less than two (2) years break in employment shall be placed on the wage scale at the step which reflects their previous hours of experience with the Employer. Employees shall be paid according to the attached wage scale and advance to the next higher step on the above wage scale as they reach the seniority hours on that step.
Returning Employees. Any former employee with one or more years previous teaching experience in the district within the last six (6) years immediately preceding his/her reemployment by the district, shall be placed on the next step of the Salary Schedule above that in effect at the time of the termination of his/her contract. Former employees with one or more years of previous experience within the district and who have more years of previous experience within the district and who have not been actively involved in teaching for more than the six (6) years immediately preceding reemployment may, at the discretion of the Board be placed above the first step of the schedule.
Returning Employees. The assets of the EWS Retirement Plan to fund the accrued benefits of EWS Employees who become SNI Employees, and who leave the employ of the SNI Group and become reemployed with the EWS Group prior to the Final Transfer Date, shall be subtracted from the Final Retirement Plan Transfer Amount and remain assets of the trust for the EWS Retirement Plan; provided, that EWS causes the EWS Retirement Plan to assume, and to fully perform, pay and discharge, all accrued benefits under the SNI Retirement Plan relating to such SNI Plan Participants as of the date of reemployment with the EWS Group.
Returning Employees. A. Return Within Less Than One Year from Date of Separation. An employee who is reinstated within one (1) year after separation to a classification in which the employee previously completed a probationary period shall not serve another probationary period. If an employee did not complete probation before separation, the employee shall serve a new probationary period.
B. Return After One Year from Date of Separation. An employee who is reinstated more than one (1) year after separation shall serve a trial period pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 below.
Returning Employees. Employees previously employed by the Employer who return to employment with the Employer shall be placed on the wage scale at the step which reflects their previous hours of experience with the Employer and verifiable hours working as a home caregiver or certified nursing assistant in a long-term care or hospital setting. Employees shall be paid according to the attached wage scale and advance to the next higher step on the above wage scale as they reach the seniority hours on that step.
Returning Employees. If an employee terminates from his/her position at the District and then returns to District employment within thirty-six (36) months, the employee will accrue sick leave on the schedule based on his/her years of service at the time he/she left the District.
Returning Employees. If an employee terminates from his/her position at the District and then returns to District employment within thirty-six (36) months, the employee will accrue vacation on the schedule based on his/her years of service at the time he/she left the District.
Returning Employees. Workers previously employed by the Employer who return to employment with the Employer shall be placed on the wage scale at the step which reflects their cumulative career hours (CCH). If CCH is not verifiable, the employee shall be placed on the wage scale at the step which reflects their previous hours of experience with the Employer.
Returning Employees. An employee who has resigned from Paragon Orthotic Laboratory Ltd., and who is rehired after no more than two (2) years from the effective date of resignation, will be assigned the same increment step that he/she occupied at resignation. The first day of re-employment shall become his/her increment anniversary date.
Returning Employees. (a) Employees returning to employment in the same position shall not be required to serve any further probationary period.
(b) Employees returning to employment in another position will be required to undergo an additional probationary period.
