EMPLOYER AND UNION RESPONSIBILITIES. The Employer, the Union and each employee have a shared responsibility for ensuring that safe conditions prevail within the workplace, to take appropriate and effective measures, both preventive and corrective, to protect the health and safety of employees. This will include, but is not limited to the Employer providing the Union with the details of the Employer's Health & Safety Program. The Union will be provided with applicable incident reports and recommendations flowing from any incident upon request with the consent of the employees involved. All safety clothing and protective equipment required by the Employer or by WorksafeBC shall be provided for and maintained by the Employer.

Services provided by the University begin on the official check-in dates for the specific area and include access to the assigned building and room.

It is agreed to by the parties that the COUNTY’s Project Manager will decide all questions, difficulties, or disputes, of whatever nature, which may arise relative to the interpretation of the plans, construction, prosecution and fulfillment of the Scope of Services, and as to the character, quality, amount and value of any work done, and materials furnished, under or by reason of this Agreement. The COUNTY’s Project Manager may appoint representatives as desired that will be authorized to inspect all work done and all materials furnished.
