Common use of Employer Saved Harmless Clause in Contracts

Employer Saved Harmless. The Union shall indemnify and save harmless the Employer with respect to all claims and demands made against the Employer by any employee as a result of the deduction and remittance of dues by the Employer pursuant to this Article.

Employer Saved Harmless. The Union shall indemnify indemnify, defend, and save harmless the Employer with respect to 44 harmless against any and all claims and demands made against the Employer claims, demands, suits, orders or judgments that shall arise out of or by any employee as a result 45 reason of the deduction and remittance of dues action taken by the Employer pursuant to in compliance with this ArticleSection.

The Union shall indemnify and save harmless the Employer with respect to all claims and demands claims, demands, suits or other forms of liability made against the Employer by any employee as a result of the deduction and remittance of dues by the Employer pursuant to this Article.
