Exclusive Bargaining Sample Clauses

In practice, this means that an employer must negotiate solely with the recognized bargaining agent, and cannot enter into separate agreements with individual members or other groups. This clause ensures a unified negotiation process, prevents conflicting agreements, and streamlines collective bargaining by centralizing discussions and decision-making.
