Employer Shall Not Discriminate. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination, coercion, or intimidation against any employee because of an employee’s union activities or lack of union activities. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee by either party to this Agreement as prohibited by the Ontario Human Rights Code, or by place of residence.
