Employer’s Agent. The Plan Administrator, acting on behalf of the Employer, may delegate certain authority, powers and duties to Employer’s Agent to act in those matters specified in the delegation. Any such delegation must be in writing that names and identifies the Employer’s Agent, states the effective date of the delegation, specifies the authority and duties delegated, is executed by the Plan Administrator and is acknowledged in writing by the Employer’s Agent and certified as required in Section 3.1.
Employer’s Agent. The Senior Vice President shall act as agent for the Company when acting on behalf of the Company and the Company shall act as agent for each Employer.
Employer’s Agent k) The Contractor will be restricted to the working areas associated with his place of work. The Contractor is forbidden to enter any other areas, and must ensure that his employees abide by these regulations.
Employer’s Agent. For the purpose of this Contract the Employer's Agent is or such other person as the Employer shall nominate in his place. Save to the extent that the Employer may otherwise specify by written notice to the Contractor, the Employer's Agent shall have full authority to receive and issue applications, consents, instructions, notices, requests or statements and otherwise to act for the Employer under any of the Conditions.
Employer’s Agent. For the purposes of this Contract the Employer’s Agent is Xxxxxx Xxxx of Quotient Biocampus Limited or such other person as the Employer shall nominate in his place. Save to the extent that the Employer may otherwise specify by notice to the Contractor, the Employer’s Agent shall have full authority to receive and issue applications, consents, instructions, notices, requests or statements and otherwise to act for the Employer under any of the Conditions.
Employer’s Agent. The Employer's Agent shall be the authorised recipient for all notices to and other communications with the Employer under this Agreement and, subject only to any limits on his authority as are from time to time notified in writing to the Contractor, shall otherwise have full power and authority to represent the Employer. If at any time the appointee ceases to hold the post, the Employer shall promptly appoint a replacement and notify the Contractor.
Employer’s Agent. The Employer’s Agent, referred to in the documents is the firm of Consulting Employer’s Agents, XXXX (Pty) Ltd acting through a Director, an Associate or an official authorised thereto in writing. The name of the Employer’s Agent is: XXXX (Pty) Ltd or their successors duly appointed by the Employer.
