Employment and Education. Employment or education preparation shall be provided to all ODOC Inmates who are capable of working or attending school upon their release from ODOC legal custody and the County Facility. The RRC, which maintains a comprehensive staffed employment center that recruits, educates and supports employers to hire and retain offenders, shall provide ODOC Inmates with help to improve their job searching techniques and retention skills. COUNTY, through Sponsors, Inc. and the RRC, shall provide ODOC Inmates’ assistance with resume development and locating and applying for employment on-line as well as opportunities to participate in job readiness classes and workshops that provide tangible tools for obtaining employment. ODOC Inmates shall also be provided access to the RRC computers at Sponsors, Inc., which serve as employment kiosks containing Department of Education information and software to assist with job searching, resume preparation, training and educational assignments.
