Common use of Employment Ceases Clause in Contracts

Employment Ceases. An employee who accepts the NAV CANADA departure incentive payment or, who is not recalled to work during a period of twelve (12) months from the date of lay-off, or who is recalled and refuses an assignment to a position at the same level and location shall cease to be an employee of NAV CANADA.
