EMPLOYMENT OF FAMILY MEMBERS. The members of the family forming part of the household of officials and personnel of the Operating Unit, shall upon application receive authorization for employment in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Portuguese Republic.
EMPLOYMENT OF FAMILY MEMBERS. A. No person may be employed in a position supervised by a family member nor shall family members be placed in a position such that one member is required or authorized to review the work, personnel documents, or time records of another family member.
EMPLOYMENT OF FAMILY MEMBERS. Individuals who are related by blood, marriage, or reside in the same household as a current City employee, are eligible for employment at La Center, provided no direct reporting or supervisor to subordinate relationship exists. That is, no employee is permitted to work within "the chain of command" when one relative's work responsibilities, salary, hours, career progress, discipline, benefits or other terms and conditions of employment could be influenced by the other relative. • Related employees will have no influence over the wages, hours, benefits, career progress, performance evaluations and other terms and conditions of employment affecting the other related employee. • Related employees will have no supervisory or audit functions over one another’s work product.
EMPLOYMENT OF FAMILY MEMBERS. Relatives of employees may be eligible for employment with Globant only if the individuals involved do not work in a direct managerial relationship or in job positions in which a conflict of interest could arise. “
