Employment of Consultant CONSULTANT will perform as an independent contractor all services under this Contract to the prevailing professional standards consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of its profession, both public and private, currently practicing in the same locality under similar conditions, including reasonable, informed judgments and prompt, timely action. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional or national professional standards.
TEACHER EMPLOYMENT 8.1. The Board agrees to employ only those teachers who hold at least a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and are certifiable by the New Hampshire State Department of Education. This provision shall not apply in the instance where the availability of personnel is critical and an appropriate waiver is granted by the New Hampshire State Department of Education.
EMPLOYMENT Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Employment Agencies Prior to enlisting the services of an employment agency, the Hospital will attempt to contact part-time staff who would normally perform the duties in question.
Summer Employment 26.1 In selecting teaching staffs for summer programs, employment shall be offered to teachers who are certified and “Highly Qualified” in the subject area(s).
EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS The ORGANIZATION, its employees, volunteers or agents performing under this Agreement are not deemed to be employees of the COUNTY, nor volunteers or agents of the COUNTY in any manner whatsoever. No officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the ORGANIZATION will hold themselves out as, or claim to be, an officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the COUNTY by reason hereof, nor will they make any claim, demand or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to an officer, employee volunteer or agent of the COUNTY. The parties agree that the COUNTY will not be responsible for the payment of any industrial insurance premiums or related claims or other benefits that may arise during the performance of services under this Agreement for any ORGANIZATION employee or volunteer, or for any consultant’s, contractor’s or subcontractor’s employee(s) or agent(s) that has been retained by the ORGANIZATION.
Employment Relations Education Leave 26.1 The Employer shall grant leave on pay for employees party to this MECA to attend courses authorised by NZNO to facilitate the employee’s education and training as employee representatives in the workplace. FTE eligible employees as at 1 March each year Maximum number of days of employment relations education leave that we are entitled to allocate as a union 6 – 50 5 51 – 280 1 day for every 8 FTE eligible employees or part of that number 281 or more 35 days plus 5 days for every 100 FTE eligible employees or part of that number that exceeds 280
Employment of Consultants In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Association. Such consultants shall be selected in accordance with principles and procedures satisfactory to the Association on the basis of the "Guidelines for the Use of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers and by the World Bank as Executing Agency" published by the Bank in August 1981. Employment of Relatives The School and its employees shall comply with state law prohibiting the employment of relatives which prohibits the appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement, or the advocacy for appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement in or to a position in the charter school in which the personnel are serving or over which the personnel exercises jurisdiction or control of an individual who is a relative.
Cyclic Employment Leave Leave without pay will be granted to cyclic year employees during their off season.
