Employment Screening Process: Conducting Interviews. UDT’s hiring managers are trained on how to conduct interviews based on required areas of review and questions that cannot be posed to the candidate in accordance with Department of Labor standards. The process is completed through a combination of in-person and telephone interviews. Prior to an interview, UDT’s interviewers are provided with a copy of the candidates resume, as well as the roles and responsibilities, and minimum and desired requirements to be met for the position being filled. This allows our interviewer to have developed a list of questions ahead of time based on the candidate’s education, skills and abilities. The series of technical and managerial interviews have the objective to determine the ability of the candidate to meet the needs and objectives of the State.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
