Energy Super Defined Contribution. (DC) Members Energy Queensland will make superannuation contributions in accordance with the Government Superannuation Guarantee Levy. For those employees who have joined the Energy Super Defined Contribution (DC) Fund, Energy Queensland will contribute an additional 1% of the employee’s ordinary time earnings where the employee elects to salary sacrifice 5%.(after-tax) or 5.88% (before-tax). For casual employees, as a minimum, Energy Queensland will contribute 9.5% (or the appropriate percentage as determined by the applicable legislation) of the amount obtained by multiplying the casual employee’s ordinary rate of pay (inclusive of casual loading) by the number of hours actually worked up to, but not exceeding 36.25 hours in any week. In determining the amount Energy Queensland will contribute for the benefit of a part time employee, Energy Queensland will as a minimum contribute 9.5% (or the appropriate percentage as determined by the applicable legislation) of the amount obtained by multiplying the part time employee’s ordinary hourly rate of pay by the number of hours that the employee is ordinarily rostered to work in the pay period.   • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • BENEFIT FUND The Trustees are authorized and directed to establish a study committee to review the legality, feasibility and desirability of setting up and maintaining an employee funded Section 125 Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
