ENGINEERING SERVICES AT HOURLY RATE. The ENGINEER shall receive for performance of all necessary services as stipulated and defined in Article X, Xxxxxxxxxx X0, X0, X0, X0, X0, X00, B11, B12, B13, B14, B15, and B16, a fee calculated on an hourly basis, which will be equal to the total hours charged to the authorized task by the Engineer's employees times the applicable hourly rates. The hourly rate will be equal to the actual hourly salary cost times a multiplier of 2.25 for the designated representative of the ENGINEER and the actual hourly salary cost times a multiplier of 3.2 for all other personnel of the ENGINEER except for principals of the ENGINEER. It is further understood that the hourly salary cost of principals of the ENGINEER shall not exceed $50.00 per hour. The range of hourly billable rates (following application of the above multipliers) for all personnel is provided in Exhibit A, "Range of Billable Hourly Rates By Classification for Calendar Year 2020-2021". This Exhibit shall be adjusted each calendar year to reflect current range of hourly billable rates should this contract renew. The ENGINEER if requested by the VILLAGE, shall provide a detailed estimated task/project maximum fee. The maximum fee may be modified by the VILLAGE from and only in writing. Payments for the aforesaid professional services are to be paid monthly by the VILLAGE upon receipt of a detailed statement of time and expenses from the ENGINEER up to the currently approved maximum fee.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Scaling Services Scaling services shall be performed by Forest Service personnel or parties under contract to Forest Service, except that weighing services may be performed by personnel or parties approved by Forest Service. Scaling shall be provided in accordance with the instructions and specifications in A9. Scalers shall be currently certified to perform accurate Scaling services. The Scaling services provided shall be selected exclusively by Forest Service. Scaling services may be Continuous, Intermittent, or Extended. “Continuous Scaling Services” is Scaling at one site five (5) 8-hour shifts a week, exclusive of Sundays and Federal holidays. “Intermittent Scaling Services” are non-continuous Scaling services. “Extended Scaling Services” are Scaling services exceeding Continuous Scaling Services and may include Sundays and designated Federal holidays. Upon written request of Purchaser and approval of Contracting Officer, Forest Service may provide other services, such as but not limited to grading, tagging, or marking of Scaled logs.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that:

We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.
