English Language Learning. Each of the five committees will be co-chaired by a Superintendent designee and an FREA designee. Each of these committees shall be made up of at least as many FREA members as administrators, as determined by the respective co-chairs. Additional committee members may be added at the team’s discretion which may include a parent and/or student representative. All committee members will earn a $100 stipend for their participation (cost to be equally shared by FREA and School Committee), and there will be no more than ten (10) members per committee. Each year, each committee will develop guiding documents to structure and direct the committee’s work. Each committee shall annually make recommendations to the Superintendent and FREA President and make a presentation to the School Committee.

Elementary counselors will not be 8 assigned to more than two (2) buildings. 9 2. There shall be at least one (1) secondary counselor for each two hundred 10 seventy-five (275) students with counselor FTE rounded up to the nearest 1.0 11 FTE. However, a school with less than 100 students will have at least a .5 FTE 13 3. The student numbers above are based on student headcount including 14 Running Start students at high schools.
