Superintendent designee. Each year the Superintendent will inform the Association in writing of the name of the individual he/she has designated to serve as chief District negotiator responsible for agreement administration and District-Association liaison discussions. Superintendent designee. If the grievance is not satisfactorily settled after Step 1, the grievance shall be transmitted by the employee/Association to the Superintendent/designee within ten (10) working days after the completion of Step 1. Within ten (10) working days, the Superintendent/designee shall meet with the Association representative on the grievance and shall indicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing within ten (10) working days of such meeting and shall furnish a copy thereof to the grievant and/or Association.

If the grievance is not resolved with the disposition at step two, the grievant may file an appeal with the superintendent within five (5) days from receiving the step two responses. The grievance will be delivered to the Director of Human Resources by certified mail or hand delivered and time stamped. b. The Superintendent/designee will set up a meeting with the grievant (C-FUSE) to attempt to resolve the grievance. Either side may offer witness testimony pertinent to the settlement of the grievance. The Superintendent/designee will meet to hear the grievance within five (5) days following the submission of the grievance. c.   • Board-Superintendent Relationship The Board shall be primarily responsible for formulating and adopting policy. He shall organize the administrative and supervisory staff, and select, place, and transfer personnel with the concurrence of the Board. He is responsible for administering the instruction of students and the business affairs of the school district. The Board members agree, individually and collectively, to promptly refer all criticisms, complaints, and suggestions called to their attention to the Superintendent for action, study and/or recommendation, as appropriate.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

  • Incident Management 3.1. We shall notify You without undue delay after We becomes aware of any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Data, including Personal Data, stored or otherwise processed by Us or Our sub-processors of which We become aware (“Security Incident”). 3.2. We shall use best efforts to identify the cause of such Security Incident and take the measures We deem necessary and within Our control for remediating and securing Customer Data; We shall coordinate such efforts with You without undue delay.
