ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY ARRANGEMENTS. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this enterprise agreement, the Producer and an individual Artist may agree to vary the application of certain terms of this enterprise agreement to meet the genuine individual needs of the Producer and the individual Artist. ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY ARRANGEMENTS. You and Xxxx can agree to enter into written arrangements for more flexible working conditions. If that happens, the Fair Work Act contains a “model flexibility term” (standard clause) and that, as amended from time to time, forms part of this agreement. A copy of the model flexibility term can be found at the end of this agreement.
