ENTIRE AGREEMENT, LANGUAGE. 20.1 This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes and cancels all previous agreements, negotiations, commitments and writings in respect to the subject matter hereof. Any modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be valid and effective only if reduced to writing and signed by a duly authorized officer or representative of each of the parties hereto as provided in Article 16.
