ENTIRE LEASE AGREEMENT. This legal document is the agreement between Landlord and Tenant, any other promises or agreements must be attached hereto other than the necessary rules and regulations as implied by law, have been agreed upon. Any future changes or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
ENTIRE LEASE AGREEMENT. The terms and conditions of this Term Lease Agreement, Equipment Schedule (Exhibit A), Certificate of Acceptance (Exhibit B), Payment Schedule (Exhibit C), and the Master Agreement ( and any Modifications thereto) upon which it is based shall constitute the entire Lease Agreement between the Lessee and the Lessor. These terms and conditions shall not be amended, altered, or changed except by the written agreement of both parties and issuance of an official change order by the Finance and Administration Cabinet, Office of Procurement Services. Lessee shall not be required to sign any other lease agreement. Should Lessor request that any Commonwealth officer or employee sign such documents, and such documents are signed, any such documents shall not be binding on the State and shall be cause for termination of the Lease. This Lease Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and any litigation with respect to this Lease Agreement shall be brought in state or federal court in Franklin County, Kentucky. ENTIRE LEASE AGREEMENT. The foregoing notwithstanding, if Tenant(s) hold over after the expiration of the Lease term on a month-to-month holdover basis, Landlord may change any provision of this Lease without the consent of Tenant(s) in the manner prescribed by California Civil Code Section 827 (
ENTIRE LEASE AGREEMENT. This Lease constitutes the entire Lease and understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings and agreements. This Lease may not be altered or amended except by a subsequent written agreement executed by all parties.
ENTIRE LEASE AGREEMENT. This document incorporates and includes all prior negotiations, correspondence, conversations, agreements and understandings applicable to the matters contained herein and the parties agree that there are no commitments, agreements or understandings concerning the subject matter of this Lease Agreement that are not contained in this document. Accordingly, the parties agree that no deviation from the terms hereof shall be predicated upon any prior representations or agreements, whether oral or written.

No modification of this Lease (oral or otherwise) shall be binding upon the Parties unless evidenced by a written amendment hereto signed by the Landlord and Tenant after the date hereof. ENTIRE LEASE AGREEMENT. This Lease, the Prior Leases (as defined in Section 28.02) and the exhibits and riders, if any attached hereto or thereto and forming a part hereof or thereof, set forth all the covenants, promises, agreements, conditions, and understandings between Landlord and Tenant concerning the Leased Premises, and there are no covenants, promises, agreements, conditions, representations or understandings, either oral or written, between them other than are herein set forth. No subsequent alteration, amendment, change or addition to this Lease shall be binding upon Landlord or Tenant unless reduced to writing and signed by each party.
