Entitlement to Annual Leave. a) A Teacher, other than a Casual Teacher, is entitled to four weeks annual leave, accrued in accordance with the Act, which shall be deemed to be taken from the commencement of the school summer vacation each year, b) A Teacher must take annual leave re-credited in accordance with the Act only during non-term weeks as directed by the Employer.
