Accrual of Annual Leave Entitlement. B5.1.3(a) Employees entitled to six weeks annual leave accrue leave as follows for each completed year of continuous service:
Accrual of Annual Leave Entitlement. An employee's entitlement to annual leave accrues as follows for each completed year of continuous service: • full-time employee: 152 hours per annum • part-time employee: 152 x average weekly ordinary 38 hours over previous 12 months
6.1.3.1 Upon termination of employment, if the period of service is not exactly divisible into complete years, a full time employee accrues 12 2/3 hours annual leave for each completed month of service in the incomplete year. A part-time employee accrues such annual leave on a pro-rata basis.
Accrual of Annual Leave Entitlement. (a) An employee is entitled to accrue an amount of paid annual leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with the employer, of 1/13 of the number of nominal hours (refer section 229 of the Act) worked by the employee for the employer during that 4 week period.
Accrual of Annual Leave Entitlement. F.1.3.1 Employees will accrue annual leave at the rate of 1/13 of their ordinary hours of work for each completed four (4) week period in accordance with the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard.
F.1.3.2 For a full time employee who does 38 hours per week this will mean 152 hours per annum.
F.1.3.3 A part time employee will accrue leave at a pro-rata rata rate of; 152 × average weekly ordinary hours over previous 12 months = hours per annum

Accrual of Annual Leave Entitlement. 6.1.2(a) Annual leave accrues progressively according to the employee's ordinary hours of work and accumulates from year to year.
Accrual of Annual Leave Entitlement. An employee’s entitlement to annual leave is accrued at the rate of 1 hour for every 13 hours of service worked.
Accrual of Annual Leave Entitlement. (a) Employees entitled to six weeks annual leave accrue leave as follows for each completed year of continuous service:
(i) full-time employee - 228 hours per annum;
(ii) part-time employee - 228 x the average weekly ordinary hours worked for the previous twelve months divided by 38.
(b) Employees entitled to five weeks annual leave accrue leave as follows:
(i) full-time employee - 190 hours per annum;
(ii) part-time employee - 190 x the average weekly ordinary hours worked for the previous twelve months divided by 38.
Accrual of Annual Leave Entitlement. 26.3.1 Employees are entitled to 4 weeks annual leave and accrue leave as follows:
(a) full time employee: 152 hours per annum
(b) part-time employee: 152 x average weekly ordinary) = hours p/a 38 hours over previous 12 months)
26.3.2 On termination of employment, after one month’s continuous service, if the period of service is not exactly divisible into completed years, for each completed month of service:
(a) fulltime employees accrue 12 2/3 hours annual leave.
(b) part-time employees accrue such annual leave on a pro-rata basis.
Accrual of Annual Leave Entitlement. 7.1.2.1 A Full Time or Part Time employee will accrue 1/13 of the ordinary hours worked during each 4 week period. Annual leave does not accrue during any period of unpaid leave.
7.1.2.2 A Shift Worker will receive an additional amount of leave. The formula for calculating a shift worker’s additional annual leave entitlement is 1/52 of the ordinary hours worked during each 4 week period.
7.1.2.3 If a Day Work Employee or a Seven Day Shift Worker is transferred to the alternate category, their annual leave entitlement will accrue at the alternate rate for the period worked.
