Annual Leave and Loading. Employees made redundant will be paid the balance of unused accrued and pro rata annual leave including the 17.5% annual leave loading.
Annual Leave and Loading. (a) All annual leave (accrued and pro-rata) will be paid on termination. (b) Annual leave loading at 17.5% or at the employee’s current shift loading, rate (whichever is higher) will be paid on all annual leave.

RATES OF PAY 14.1 Employees working with an EBA Host Trainer 14.1.1 Employees hired to a Host Trainer that has a Certified agreement in place shall receive the terms and conditions of that Certified agreement for the period of time that the employee works with that Host Trainer PROVIDED THAT employees shall not receive wage rates less than the Wage Rates set out in this agreement-(hereinafter referred to as the 'Wage Rates refer Appendix 1). 14.1.2 Subject to (a) above, the wage rate applicable to the Host Trainer Certified Agreement shall apply for all hours on site and at Trade School and approved leave as defined in the NEECIA. 14.1.3 Any site conditions shall apply and any site allowance shall be payable to apprentices while working on the site. 14.1.4 Thus The Company apprentices will receive the same wage rates and working conditions as apprentices employed directly by the Host Trainer, but in any event, shall not be less than the wage rates specified in the Wage Rates. The wage rates applying to major electrical contractors on sites where the NECA/CEPU Enterprise Agreement apply are set out in Appendix 2
Annual Leave and Loading. 23.6.1 An employee when taking or cashing out annual leave shall be paid a loading of 17.5% in addition to their ordinary hourly rate payable for the amount of annual leave taken. 23.6.2 Payment for annual leave, and, proportionate annual leave when an employee leaves employment or when the employee’s services are terminated by the employer after at least one month of such service, shall be on the basis of the employee’s all- purpose weekly rate for 40 ordinary hours worked in respect of which leave is accrued or proportionate payment due, plus a loading of 17.5%.
Annual Leave and Loading. 25.1 All full time employees are annually eligible to accrue the following number of week’s annual leave based on their ordinary number of hours per week: (i) Custodial Officers and Caterers – 5 Weeks (ii) All other Employees – 4 weeks 25.2 Annual leave shall accrue on a fortnightly pro-rata basis and may be accumulated for a period of up to eighteen (18) months, unless otherwise approved by management in writing. 25.3 Employees are required to participate in a Company annual leave roster and are entitled to participate in a leave ballot for special events such as Christmas, Easter and school holidays where necessary. 25.4 Approval to take annual leave will be based on the operational requirements of the Company. 25.5 Employees are required to provide the Company with four (4) week notice of an application for annual leave. In emergency or unforseen circumstances this requirement will not apply. 25.6 Part time employees are entitled to pro rata annual leave based on the ordinary hours of work. 25.7 All non-Custodial employees will be eligible to 17.5% annual leave loading payable on all period of annual leave. This shall include payment of annual leave upon termination. 25.8 Custodial Employees including Unit Managers are not eligible to any annual leave loading however shall be paid at the annualised salary rates outlined in the attached salary schedule during all periods of annual leave. 25.9 Employees are not permitted to cash out annual leave unless under exceptional circumstances approved by the Director. In the event that the Director provides approval for an employee to cash out some of their annual leave, an employee will only be eligible to cash out 50% of their annual entitlement. 25.10 Casuals are not eligible to annual leave

Annual Leave and Loading. 31.1 Employees Are Entitled to 4 Weeks Annual Leave for Working a Whole Year and a Payment of Annual Leave Loading to the Value of 17.5% of the Base Salary of Up to 4 Weeks Annual Leave Accrued in a Leave Year. The loading accrued in the first leave year shall be paid during the second leave year of employment. 32.4 Leave loading is paid on the first occasion in a leave year (other than the first leave year) when at least 2 consecutive weeks of annual leave is taken. This 2 weeks may be inclusive of public holidays, long service leave and leave without pay. 32.5 In the event that a 2 week period of leave is not taken by 30 November each year, then the monetary value of that annual leave loading (accrued over the previous year) will be paid as soon as practicable. 32.6 Annual leave loading shall be paid on retirement or termination by the Board (other than for misconduct) when the loading would have been due if the employee had taken 2 weeks leave. 32.7 An employee directed to take annual leave pending an inquiry into his/her services, is not to be paid loading. 32.8 No annual leave loading is payable on resignation or on dismissal for misconduct.
