Equipment Package. An Equipment Package shall be considered certified for interconnected operation if it has been submitted by a manufacturer to a nationally recognized testing and certification laboratory and has been tested and listed by the laboratory for continuous interactive operation with an Electric Distribution System in compliance with the applicable codes and standards as stated above. If the Equipment Package has been tested and listed as an integrated package, which includes a generator or other electric source, the Equipment Package shall be deemed approved, and SGESD generally will not require further design review, testing or additional equipment. If the Equipment Package includes only the interface components (switchgear, inverters, or other interface devices), the Customer Generator must show that the generator or other electric source being utilized with the Equipment Package is compatible with the Equipment Package and consistent with the testing and listing specified for the package. If the generator or electric source being utilized with the Equipment Package is consistent with the testing and listing performed by the nationally recognized testing and certification laboratory, the Equipment Package will be deemed approved. The aggregate generation capacity on the distribution circuit to which the Customer Generating Facility will interconnect, including the rating of the Customer Generating Facility, shall not contribute more than the distribution circuit standard operation limits (SOL).

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used.
