Equipment Requirement. User will need a personal computer, modem, a web browser and access to the Internet/World Wide Web. User is responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of User's computer, modem and software. Bank Leumi is not responsible for any errors or failure involving any telephone or internet service, software installation, or malfunctions of any kind of or to User's computer or related equipment. Browser and other Requirements For a secure system, Bank Leumi recommends using an internet browser with an encryption level of at least 128-bit.   • Payment Requirements ‌ If funding levels are significantly affected by state or federal budget and funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of the function performed by Subrecipient, the Contract may be terminated by the County at the end of the period for which funds are available. The County shall notify Subrecipient at the earliest possible time of any service, which will or may be affected by a shortage of funds. No penalty shall accrue to the County in the event this provision is exercised and the County shall not be obligated nor liable for any damages as a result of termination under this provision of this Contract, and nothing herein shall be construed as obligating the County to expend or as involving the County in any Contract or other obligation for future payment of money in excess of appropriations authorized by law.
