Equipment Vybavení. ICON may provide, or arrange for a vendor to provide, certain equipment (“Equipment”) or proprietary materials for use by Investigator or Institution during the conduct of Study. Such proprietary materials may include computer software, methodologies, rating scales and other instruments that are owned or licensed for use by ICON or Sponsor (collectively, “Materials”). Any such Materials or Equipment shall remain the property of Sponsor or ICON, as the case may be, and unless otherwise agreed in writing shall be returned to ICON or Sponsor at the end of the Study or promptly on receipt of written request from ICON or Sponsor.   • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations.   • Mandatory equipment (a) All Employees engaged to work on site will be supplied with safety footwear and safety helmets appropriate to the work that they perform before commencing work on a project. The safety footwear will be of an equivalent standard to those made by: (i) Steel Blue; (ii) Xxxxxx; and (iii) Mongrel Boots. (b) These items must be worn at all times as instructed during the site induction process. (c) Helmets must not be painted, drilled or modified in any way. Damaged and/or worn footwear and helmets will be replaced on demand.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment maintenance (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract: 1. Repair and replacement work or increase in maintenance time as a result of damage or loss resulting from accident, casualty, neglect, misuse, or abuse if such is the State's fault (and beyond normal wear and tear), damage resulting from improper packing or failure to follow prescribed shipping instruction (If such is done by the State), failure of electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control, use of supplies not approved by the original manufacturer of the Equipment as describe or included in the Contractor's proposal, or causes other than ordinary use of Equipment. 2. All information necessary for the State to perform the maintenance, including but not limited to logic diagrams, maintenance manuals and system and unit schematics with all changes noted. 3. A listing of spare parts and their recommended replacement schedule that will enable the State to create a centralized inventory of spare parts.

  • Equipment List 1. All items of equipment to be purchased with funds under this Contract must be itemized in Grantee’s equipment list as finally approved by the System Agency in the executed Contract. The equipment list must include: i. Description of the property; ii. Serial number or other identification number; iii. Source of funding for the property (including the Federal Assistance Identification Number); iv. Who holds title, v. Acquisition date and cost of the property;

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
