esports Contests. There are a number of Contests made available in which You may participate. We reserve the right to modify or cancel Contest(s) at any time without notice to You. We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to move entrants from the Contests they have entered to substantially similar Contests. All Contests offered in the Services are designed as contests of skill. Winning a Contest is determined by Your ability to use Your skill and knowledge of the game to beat Your opponent. Rules may differ from Contest to Contest. Each of Our Contests are governed by specific Rules, as may be modified from time to time, which are presented upon entry into the Contest, and are incorporated into these Terms by this reference. You may review Contest information specific to the Contest by clicking on the ‘Contest Info’ button of the applicable Contest page. Various promotional offers may be offered to You from time to time and are subject to additional terms and conditions which are set forth under the Promotional Terms and Conditions and are incorporated into these Terms by this reference. You have the responsibility to review the Contest Rules and Promotional Terms and Conditions prior to participating in any Contest, and to review the Contest Rules and Promotional Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes. You agree to abide by the then-current rules for the Contest(s) in which You participate. Your failure to follow the then-current rules for the Contest(s) in which You participate will result in Your immediate and automatic forfeiture of the Contest(s), and We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate Your access to the Services.

  • Telephone Expenses 1. The State shall pay nine dollars ($9.00) of the basic monthly charge when an employee is specifically required by the State to have a telephone in his or her residence, unless the telephone is provided by the State, whether as a cell phone or other device with telephonic capability that functions to the State’s satisfaction at the member’s residence. These payments shall be made on a semiannual basis in January and July and shall be prorated for those employees who become eligible or terminate State service between the semiannual payments.

  • Mobile Phones The Company’s expectations in relation to the use of Company provided mobile phones are outlined in Company policy HR-P13. If an Employee is provided with a mobile phone by the Company, the Employee shall be liable for the cost of excessive private telephone calls. Employees agree to make themselves contactable via their personal mobile phone to receive instructions from their supervisors, with the Company reimbursing Employees the cost of any such telephone calls. It is not a condition of employment to own a mobile phone. No Employee shall be engaged in private telephone conversations whilst at work with the exception of designated breaks and in emergency situations. The Company will not be liable for the repair or replacement of personal mobile phones.

  • Representatives’ Training Courses When operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to employees who exercise the authority of a representative on behalf of the Association to undertake training related to the duties of a representative.

  • TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES 1.01 Work performed outside the city limits shall be termed Out-of-Town Work.

Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Telephones The Unit may or may not have a telephone. If this is a material concern please check with Manager to determie if the Unit has phone service. Phones are for local calls only. LIMITED DAMAGE WAIVER PROGRAM
