Ethics Training. All Contractor’s key staff who file a Form 700 pursuant to Section JJ must provide a copy of their current certificate of completion of the California Attorney General’s Ethics Training Course for State Officials as follows: 1. At the same time that the Assuming Office Form 700 is due, as instructed by the notification emailed by Covered California’s electronic system; and 2. At least once every two calendar years thereafter during which he/she remains a consultant, as defined above, to Covered California.

Ethics Training. Contractor shall cause its board members and employees to obtain the training in ethics and laws governing local governments required by Government Code Section 53234 et seq as if Contractor provides compensation or reimbursement to its board members, regardless of whether Contractor actually does so.

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.
