Ethics Training. All Contractor’s key staff who file a Form 700 pursuant to Section JJ must provide a copy of their current certificate of completion of the California Attorney General’s Ethics Training Course for State Officials as follows:
1. At the same time that the Assuming Office Form 700 is due, as instructed by the notification emailed by Covered California’s electronic system; and
2. At least once every two calendar years thereafter during which he/she remains a consultant, as defined above, to Covered California.
Ethics Training. Contractor shall cause its board members and employees to obtain the training in ethics and laws governing local governments required by Government Code Section 53234 et seq as if Contractor provides compensation or reimbursement to its board members, regardless of whether Contractor actually does so.
Ethics Training. All Trustees shall attend annual ethics training of at least eight (8) hours. Such training shall include training on ethics, fiduciary duty, investments, and any other curriculum important to the administration of the MWRD Retirement Fund, as approved by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall certify annually each Trustee’s compliance with this requirement by submitting a certification to the Division of Insurance of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, or other designated State entity.
Ethics Training. Complete a training program regarding ethics and conflicts of interest that, at a minimum, informs the employee of his/her obligation to immediately report any potential or actual financial or organizational conflicts of interest with XXXXXX to the SANDAG project manager.
Ethics Training. Each Governing Authority member, and other required individuals, shall complete ethics training, if required by law and/or the community school contract.
Ethics Training. Within 60 days of the approval of the training plan by the Army, pursuant to Paragraph a., above, EGL shall provide all its employees with a copy of its Code of Business Ethics and Conduct and conduct initial training in business ethics and conduct. All employees shall sign and date a roster, certifying that they attended training and received and read a copy of the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. EGL shall ensure that newly hired employees received training, a copy of the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, and sign and date a roster certifying they attended training and received and read a copy of the Code.
Ethics Training. If the program is a basic or entry-level law enforcement program, the program includes specific job-related training in ethics/integrity. Advisory: Potentially not applicable. Standard modified.

Within 60 days of the approval of the· Plan by the Anny, pursuant to paragraph C.5.a. above, Contractor shall provide all its Employees with a copy of its C~de of Business Ethics arid Conduct and conduct initial training in business ethics and conduct. All Employees shall sign and date a roster, certifying that they attended training and received and read a copy of the . Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. Contractor shall ensure that newly hired Employees receive training, a copy of the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, and sign and date a roster certifying they attended training and received and read a copy of the Code.
