Four (4) of these firms must be Government/State Corporations. Attach evidence of engagements, contract or LPO indicating the value of the assignment. (6 marks each for client reference) 30 marks 4 The bidder must provide a written statement on security of the system in use, declaring any past or existing vulnerability experienced in the system and any known breaches to date. 10 marks 5 Demonstrate adequate establishment of technical specialists with at least three (3) years’ experience .
