Common use of Evaluation Results Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Results. 1. Evaluation results shall be used:  To promote reflection on professional practice and facilitate continued professional growth.  To document the level of performance by a teacher of his/her assigned duties.  To identify specific areas in which the teacher may need improvement according to the criteria included on the evaluation instrument.  To document performance by a teacher judged unsatisfactory based on the Sate evaluation criteria. 2. Evaluation results shall not be:  Shared or published with any teacher identifying information.  Shared or published without notification to the individual and Association.  Used to determine any type of base or additional compensation.  Used as part of any disciplinary process.
