The achievements shall document campus, community, and professional contributions since the faculty member’s last evaluation. o Teaching and/or service philosophy (this is optional for Mode B faculty). o Syllabi for courses taught in the current semester • Provide course materials for evaluation. • Arrange observations for all assignments to be evaluated. • When appropriate, send out faculty service survey to individuals the evaluee chooses, with instructions to return the form to the Educational Administrator for inclusion in the evaluation package. • Sign a statement that acknowledges the evaluation committee’s findings have been presented at the Evaluation Summary Meeting and the evaluee has 10 working days to respond to the committee’s findings. • After receiving an electronic copy of the fully executed evaluation, the evaluee shall have 10 working days to respond to any additional administrative comments on the faculty evaluation coversheet.

  • Opportunity to Review Customer declares that it has had sufficient opportunity to review this Agreement, understand the content of all of its sections, negotiate its terms, and seek independent professional legal advice before entering into it. Consequently, any statutory “form contract” (“adhesion contract”) regulations shall not be applicable to this Agreement.

  • Monitoring and Review The Provider agrees to allow access to the Department for purposes of monitoring and review. This access includes but is not limited to client records, fiscal records, staffing records, policy and procedural manuals, facilities, staff, and children in care of the Department. The Department will conduct quality reviews, which may include site-based quality review visits.

  • ETHICS IN PUBLIC CONTRACTING This Contract incorporates by reference Article 9 of the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution, as well as all state and federal laws related to ethics, conflicts of interest or bribery, including the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act (Code of Virginia § 2.2-3100 et seq.), the Virginia Governmental Frauds Act (Code of Virginia § 18.2-498.1 et seq.) and Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 10 of Title 18.2 of the Code of Virginia, as amended (§ 18.2-438 et seq.). The Contractor certifies that its proposal was made without collusion or fraud; that it has not offered or received any kickbacks or inducements from any other offeror, supplier, manufacturer or subcontractor; and that it has not conferred on any public employee having official responsibility for this procurement any payment, loan, subscription, advance, deposit of money, services or anything of more than nominal value, present or promised, unless consideration of substantially equal or greater value was exchanged.

  • Evaluator Any person designated by a superintendent who has primary or supervisory responsibility for observation and evaluation. The superintendent is responsible for ensuring that all Evaluators have training in the principles of supervision and evaluation. Each Educator will have one primary Evaluator at any one time responsible for determining performance ratings. i) Primary Evaluator shall be the person who determines the Educator’s performance ratings and evaluation. ii) Supervising Evaluator shall be the person responsible for developing the Educator Plan, supervising the Educator’s progress through formative assessments, evaluating the Educator’s progress toward attaining the Educator Plan goals, and making recommendations about the evaluation ratings to the primary Evaluator at the end of the Educator Plan. The Supervising Evaluator may be the primary Evaluator or his/her designee.

  • Employment with Public Agency Consultant, if an employee of another public agency, agrees that Consultant will not receive salary or remuneration, other than vacation pay, as an employee of another public agency for the actual time in which services are actually being performed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Questions About Review The Asset Representations Reviewer will make appropriate personnel available to respond in writing to written questions or requests for clarification of any Review Report from the Indenture Trustee or the Servicer until the earlier of (i) the payment in full of the Notes and (ii) one year after the delivery of the Review Report. The Asset Representations Reviewer will not be obligated to respond to questions or requests for clarification from a Noteholder or any other Person and will direct such Persons to submit written questions or requests to the Indenture Trustee.

  • RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION 29 CONTRACTOR shall not utilize information and/or data received from COUNTY, or arising out 30 of, or developed, as a result of this Agreement for the purpose of personal or professional research, or 31 for publication. 32

  • WHO WILL REVIEW THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED ON THE RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE FORM AND ANY UPDATES?

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • Utilities and Public Access Each Individual Property has rights of access to public ways and is served by water, sewer, sanitary sewer and storm drain facilities adequate to service such Individual Property for its respective intended uses. All public utilities necessary or convenient to the full use and enjoyment of each Individual Property are located either in the public right-of-way abutting such Individual Property (which are connected so as to serve such Individual Property without passing over other property) or in recorded easements serving such Individual Property and such easements are set forth in and insured by the Title Insurance Policies. All roads necessary for the use of each Individual Property for their current respective purposes have been completed and dedicated to public use and accepted by all Governmental Authorities.
