Examination and Graduation. 14.2.1. A Long Term Occasional Teacher who is scheduled to work and who has received the prior approval of the Director may be absent from duty without loss of pay as follows: for the purpose of writing university or similar examinations, one full day during which the examination occurs, and for the purpose of attending one's graduation from a recognized post secondary institution, one full day during which the graduation occurs.
