Exchange of Professors and Education Specialists. The exchange of professors and education specialists is at all times done with approval of the sending and the receiving party. The sending party provides the receiving party with all the information and documentation about the professors or education specialists three (3) months before the planned departure. This information contains: vitae, knowledge of languages, purpose of the mission, working plan, duration of the stay, dates of arrival and departure, subjects of possible speeches, etc. The receiving party shall inform the sending party about its decision, as well as the exact dates of the arrival period at the latest two (2) months after it received the application and the information.   • PROFESSORS AND TEACHERS A professor or teacher who makes a temporary visit to a Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years for the purpose of teaching or conducting research at a university, college, school or other educational institution, and who is, or immediately before such visit was, a resident of the other Contracting State shall be exempt from tax in the first-mentioned Contracting State in respect of remuneration for such teaching or research.
