Excluded Uses. A. Paid sick leave shall not be authorized:
1. For personal injury incurred in supplemental employment.
2. If the employee is found to have performed any work while on sick leave. The term "any work" shall not include such work activity in and around the home of the employee if such work is not detrimental to recovery from the illness or injury causing the absence as determined by the City physician.
Excluded Uses. Purchaser shall not use the Product in (i) clinical testing which results are provided to a patient or provider and (ii) use of in-vitro diagnostics.
Excluded Uses. (a) Unless we expressly give coverage by endorsement, there is no insurance under this policy while the snowmobile:
(i) is rented or leased to someone else, but if you let your employee use the snowmobile for your business purposes, we do not consider this to be renting or leasing;
(ii) is used to carry explosives or to carry radio-active material for research, education, development or industrial purposes, or for purposes incidental to any of these; or
(iii) is being used as a taxicab, public bus or otherwise being used to carry passengers for which you receive any kind of payment. We do not consider the following to be carrying passengers for payment:
(A) the occasional and infrequent use of the snowmobile for driving another person who shares the cost of the trip;
(B) when you use the snowmobile for the occasional and infrequent transportation of your own employees; or
(C) when you use the snowmobile for the occasional and infrequent transportation of clients or customers or prospective clients or customers.
(b) Where the snowmobile is properly registered in Saskatchewan, we do not consider the following to be carrying passengers for payment within the meaning of clause II (1)(a)(iii) of this Part if:
(i) you use the snowmobile for the transportation of co-workers for your employer’s business purposes;
(ii) you use the snowmobile to drive others to or from their place of business or school, but only while you are also driving yourself to or from your place of business or school;
(iii) the snowmobile is used for the transportation of teachers, students or others to or from school or events connected with a school program; or
(iv) the snowmobile is used for the transportation of passengers in connection with activities of religious or voluntary service organization(s).
Excluded Uses. Unless coverage is expressly given by an endorsement of this Policy, the Insurer shall not be liable under Section C of this Policy while:
(a) the Described Automobile is rented or leased to another person, but does not include the use by an employee of the employer’s in the business of the employee’s employer for which the employee is paid;
(b) the Described Automobile is used to carry explosives, or to carry radioactive material for research, education, development or industrial purposes, or for purposes incidental to those purposes. “Radioactive material” means
(i) spent nuclear fuel rods that have been exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor,
(ii) radioactive material waste,
(iii) unused enriched nuclear fuel rods, or
(iv) any other radioactive material of such quantity and quantity as to be harmful to persons or property if its container were destroyed or damaged;
(c) the Described Automobile is used as a taxicab, public omnibus, livery, jitney or sightseeing conveyance or for carrying passengers for compensation or hire provided that the following uses shall not be deemed to be the carrying of passengers for compensation or hire:
(i) the use by the Insured of his Described Automobile for the carriage of another person in return for the Insured’s carriage in the automobile of the other person;
(ii) the occasional and infrequent use of the Insured of the Described Automobile for the carriage of another person who shares the cost of the trip;
(iii) the use by the Insured of his Described Automobile for the carriage of a temporary or permanent domestic servant of the Insured or the Insured’s spouse or adult interdependent partner;
(iv) the occasional and infrequent use by a person of the Described Automobile for the transportation of children to or from activities conducted as part of an educational program;
(v) the use by the Insured of his Described Automobile for the carriage of a client or customer or prospective client or customer.
Excluded Uses. Unless coverage is expressly given by an endorsement of this Policy, the Insurer shall not be liable under this Policy while:
a) the bicycle is rented or leased to another;
b) the bicycle is used to carry explosives, or to carry radioactive material for research, education, development or industrial purposes, or for purposes incidental thereto;
c) the bicycle is used as a delivery vehicle, public omnibus, livery, jitney or sightseeing conveyance
d) in any wheel to wheel or track to track competition or practice unless the competitive events extension has been purchased and shown in the schedule of coverage e) the operator is not wearing a CSA or ULA or XXXXX approved helmet
Excluded Uses. Paid sick leave shall not be authorized for personal injury incurred in supplemental employment.
Excluded Uses. X. Xxxx leave credits shall not accrue for absence in excess of thirty (30) calendar days.
B. Injury incurred in supplemental employment.
Excluded Uses. You may not reproduce, display, use, or exploit the Artwork in any manner other than as expressly permitted by the Ownership Rights, as set forth above. In particular, without limitation, the Ownership Rights do not include any right to reproduce, display, use, or exploit the Artwork for any of the following purposes or usages:
Excluded Uses. Product Not For Use in Life Threatening or Fail Safe Applications. You warrant to LumenVox that the Software Product will not be used in any application such that the use of the Software Product could cause death or serious injury. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LumenVox against damages resulting from such misuses of the Software Product.

The parties agree that the sick leave provisions of Article 21 of the Labor Agreement between the City of Grand Rapids and the Union shall not apply in the following circumstances: No benefits shall be paid to any employee claiming said benefits if the employee is found to have performed any work while on sick leave. For purposes of this stipulation, the term "any work" shall not include such work activity in and around the home of the employee when said work is not detrimental to recovery from the illness or injury causing the absence as determined by the City Physician.
