Execution Period. From IPRC understanding the entire work can be completed within 8 months from the date of award of Contract however the bidder can quote minimum time period to execute the work. COMPENSATITION FOR DELAY If the contractor fails to complete execution of the contract or fails to meet delivery specified in the contract or any extension thereof, the Department will recover from the Contractor as Liquidated Damages (LD) a sum of 0.5% of the total contract price for each calendar week of delay subject to the maximum of 10% of total contract price.

  • Negotiation Period The Parties shall negotiate in good faith and attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement (a “Dispute”) within 30 days after the date that a Party gives written notice of such Dispute to the other Party.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period.   • Waiting Period All full-time employees who are actively working and have completed thirty (30) days service shall be enrolled for the coverages and benefits set forth in this Exhibit as a condition of employment.

  • Retention Period The Engineer shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (hereinafter called the Records). The Engineer shall make the records available at its office during the contract period and for seven (7) years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.
