  • Description of the Project THIS SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN A TWO PARAGRAPH DESCRIPTION THAT PROVIDES A BACKGROUND OF THE PROBLEM, AS WELL AS HOW THE CONTRACTOR INTENDS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
