Exhibitions/Shelf Space. 5.6.i PPV: Licensee is entitled to an unlimited number of exhibitions of a PPV Included Program on a PPV basis during its PPV License Period. Licensee shall schedule Current Features for PPV exhibition on a non-discriminatory basis as compared with the scheduling of other motion pictures that Licensee licenses for PPV exhibition from any Major Studio that are of comparable genre, Domestic Box Office, home video to PPV window, sell through/rental status and duration of License Period. For purposes of this paragraph, such scheduling considerations would include, but not be limited to, number of channels of playoff, number of exhibitions overall, number of exhibitions via the channel of greatest distribution, and number of exhibitions in prime time; [provided, however, that the number of exhibitions shall be at least equal to the number provided in the exhibition model attached hereto as Exhibit A.] [From 2006 Agreement]

For purposes of this paragraph, such scheduling considerations would include, but not be limited to, number of channels of playoff, number of exhibitions overall, number of exhibitions via the channel of greatest distribution, and number of exhibitions in prime time.
