Duration of License. 3.1 This License shall be valid for a period of 20 years from the effective date of this License unless revoked earlier for reasons as specified elsewhere in the document. Validity period of any authorization of additional service(s) under this license shall be co-terminus with the validity period of this license.
Duration of License. This license has no expiry date. Provided that your payment is received in full and excepting any instance in which you breach the terms of this license agreement, you can continue to use the music indefinitely.
Duration of License. Software Products licensed on a Subscription basis are temporary and expire when the Subscription Period for the relevant Software Product(s) expires or is terminated. For Software licensed on a perpetual basis, such licenses will become perpetual (unless terminated as provided herein or as otherwise set out in a Purchase Order) when all payments for such licenses have been received by BlueCat.
Duration of License. 5. 1. Duration of License. Permission is granted for a one time use only. Rights herein do not apply to future reproductions, editions, revisions, or other derivative works. This permission shall be effective as of the date of execution by the parties for the maximum period of 12 months and should be renewed after the term expires.
i. When content is to be republished in a book or journal the validity of this agreement should be the life of the book edition or journal issue.
ii. When content is licensed for use on a website, internet, intranet, or any publicly accessible site (not including a journal or book), you agree to remove the material from such site after 12 months, or request to renew your permission license
Duration of License. 2.1 In the event of an open-ended End-User License Agreement, the effective date is the date on which the End-User License Agreement was signed, unless otherwise specified. In the event of a fixed-term End-User License Agreement, the effective date is specified in the License itself.
2.2 Unless otherwise agreed, the fixed-term End-User License Agreement is automatically renewed upon expiration of the period of validity for an equivalent period of time, unless terminated by one of the Parties by Certified Mail or by Registered Letter with acknowledgement of receipt, with prior notice: ● of at least 60 days before the expiration date in the event of the Client being the withdrawing Party; ● of at least 180 days before the expiration date in the event of the Manufacturer/Retailer being the withdrawing Party.
2.3 The Manufacturer/Retailer has the right, at any time, to withdraw from the Contract with prior notice of at least 180 days prior to the effective date, regardless of the reasons.
2.4 Within 30 days from termination of the fixed-term End-User License Agreement, the Customer undertakes to destroy or give back the original copy of the Program, as well as any full or partial copy thereof in any form, including translations, compilations, full and partial copies in the form of amendments, derivative works and updates, or incorporated into other programs.
2.5 The Customer may be required to submit a written confirmation that the obligations set out in Article 2.4. have been fulfilled.

Duration of License. The Restricted Data Use Agreement expires after 36 months, with the option of applying for an extension. The License will go into effect upon approval of the License by NIS, and will remain in effect until the completion of the research project, or 36 months from the date the License is accepted by NIS, whichever comes first.
Duration of License. The trademark license granted pursuant to this Section 3 shall continue in force until any termination of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.
