EXHIBITOR SERVICES. To ensure the configuration of a smooth installation, dismantling, and operation during the Exhibition, SPE official contractors will be appointed. Although full-time employees of Exhibitor- Appointed-Contractors, other than the SPE Official Contractors, may be authorized to gain access to exhibition areas, Exhibitor is urged to obtain required labor and services from SPE Official Contractors. No exhibitor-appointed contractors may be used for services noted as exclusive on the Event Official Contractors list.

If desired, Exhibitors may employ Exhibitor Appointed Contractors, (EACs), to install and dismantle their booth. Said contractors may gain access to exhibition areas assuming required forms and payment (if applicable) have been provided and/or submitted. Exhibitors are urged to obtain required labor and services from OTC Official Contractors. No EACs may be used for services noted as exclusive on the Event Official Contractor List.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES. The procurement of skilled laborers for the installation of utilities, as well as those services provided, at additional costs, through common labor, porters, or rental of equipment, may be arranged through the RIO ballroom venue’s official service contractor.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY Exhibiting personnel found in violation of the Photography/Video/Audio Recording Regulations specified in the Exhibitor Services Manual are subject to removal from SPE and to have their photography equipment or devices confiscated to remove all photos or video images. Multiple offenses by the Exhibitor will subject the Exhibitor to having its staff being removed from SPE. This will also subject the Exhibitor to losing priority points, including and up to losing the ability to exhibit atfuture SPE events.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES. After your signed contract to exhibit is received, you will be sent the exhibitor service manual from Pinnacle Decorating Company, the NIWeek show decorator. The manual will include information about shipping, booth furnishings, floral, computer rentals, and other pertinent service information. Equipment Exhibitors are responsible for their own computer equipment, including supplying it, shipping it to the show, setting it up, and dismantling and packaging at the close of the show. We are negotiating with several computer rental companies, to ensure the best price, and service. You will receive ordering information in your show manual. If you rent equipment from the show vendor, please specify that you are reserving equipment for NIWeek 2004 to receive special conference rates. You are responsible for all rental fees. The rental company can either ship the equipment to you prior to the event or they can ship it directly to the Austin Convention Center. They will pick up all equipment at the close of NIWeek unless you have arranged to rent the equipment for a longer time. Shipping Information Shipments must arrive no later than August 16, 2004. Please refer to the Shipping Information section in this exhibitor service manual. Tip: It is a good idea to ship all of your equipment at the same time to avoid having several shipments less than 100 lbs, which results in higher drayage rates. Please consult the exhibitor service manual for more information. If you choose not to use the consolidated shipment, you are responsible for hand carrying your equipment into the show (items that a person can carry without the use of a dolly). EXHIBITOR SERVICES. Exhibitor agrees to coordinate exclusively with the Council’s exclusive general service contractor, for standard and specialty furniture, carpet and flooring, staging, exhibit rental, installation and dismantle labor, transportation, signage, banners, and graphics. Exhibitor agrees to provide contracted decorator with permission and information allowing contracted decorator to fax or e-mail information to the Exhibitor pertaining to contractor services in the exhibit hall. All exhibitors shall comply with any union, labor, and related requirements in effect and as outlined in the Exhibitor Service Kit provided. Each Exhibitor should refer to the applicable union requirements for the state(s) in which Exhibitor is performing, which are hereby attached as Attachment A and made part of this Agreement.
