EXHIBITOR SERVICES. To ensure the configuration of a smooth installation, dismantling, and operation during the Exhibition, SPE official contractors will be appointed. Although full-time employees of Exhibitor- Appointed-Contractors, other than the SPE Official Contractors, may be authorized to gain access to exhibition areas, Exhibitor is urged to obtain required labor and services from SPE Official Contractors. No exhibitor-appointed contractors may be used for services noted as exclusive on the Event Official Contractors list.

EXHIBITOR SERVICES. Global Experience Specialists (referred hereto in this contract as GES) has been selected by Client to act as the Official Services Contractor for the Show including the right to serve exhibitors as the:

If desired, Exhibitors may employ Exhibitor Appointed Contractors, (EACs), to install and dismantle their booth. Said contractors may gain access to exhibition areas assuming required forms and payment (if applicable) have been provided and/or submitted. Exhibitors are urged to obtain required labor and services from OTC Official Contractors. No EACs may be used for services noted as exclusive on the Event Official Contractor List.

Full-time employees of EACs may be employed to install and dismantle booths, even if they are not categorized as OTC Official Contractors and may gain access to exhibition areas. Exhibitors are urged however to obtain required labor and services from OTC Official Contractors. No EACs may be used for services noted as exclusive on the Event Official Contractor List.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES. The procurement of skilled laborers for the installation of utilities, as well as those services provided, at additional costs, through common labor, porters, or rental of equipment, may be arranged through the RIO ballroom venue’s official service contractor.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES. On June 6, 2015, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Exhibitor agrees to participate in the Event by providing and operating an exhibition booth and the service(s) and/or product(s) detailed below, subject to Philadelphia magazine’s approval. Exhibitor will have between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM to set up its table and/or station, and between 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM to break down its table and/or station. The Exhibitor requests permission, which may be withheld in Philadelphia magazine’s sole discretion, to offer the following service(s) and/or product(s) at its table: Exhibitor agrees to execute any and all documents that Philadelphia magazine requires in order to offer the service(s) and/or product(s). The Exhibitor may offer an item for inclusion in the Be Well Boot Camp gift bags, which will be made available to Event guests. Only items of value will be included in the gift bags, so please do not offer solely brochures or pamphlets. A total of 700 gift bags will be created for the Event. The Exhibitor requests permission, which may be withheld in Philadelphia magazine’s sole discretion, to offer the following item(s) for inclusion in the gift bags: If approved, gift bag items must be mailed to Philadelphia Magazine c/o Xxxxxx Xxxxxx 0000 Xxxxxx Xx, 00xx xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx XX, 00000 , or Exhibitor may schedule an appointment to drop off items during regular business hours. Deadline to provide gift bag items to Philadelphia magazine is Wednesday, May 20th, 2015.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES. Exhibitor agrees to coordinate exclusively with the Council’s exclusive general service contractor, for standard and specialty furniture, carpet and flooring, staging, exhibit rental, installation and dismantle labor, transportation, signage, banners, and graphics. Exhibitor agrees to provide contracted decorator with permission and information allowing contracted decorator to fax or e-mail information to the Exhibitor pertaining to contractor services in the exhibit hall. All exhibitors shall comply with any union, labor, and related requirements in effect and as outlined in the Exhibitor Service Kit provided. Each Exhibitor should refer to the applicable union requirements for the state(s) in which Exhibitor is performing, which are hereby attached as Attachment A and made part of this Agreement.
