BOOTH STAFFING. Exhibitors will have at least one representative staffing its booth at all times and no booth shall be left unattended during tradeshow hours. Exhibitors will not have more than four representatives in the exhibit hall (including the booth) at any one time. Exhibitors representatives must wear exhibitor badges supplied by CREB® at all times while in the exhibit hall during set up, tradeshow hours and tear down. These badges permit access to the exhibit hall only.

BOOTH STAFFING. The Exhibitor agrees that the booth under contract will be open and adequately staffed during all public show hours. In the event the Exhibitor does not arrive to fill their space (a no show) by 3pm on Friday, the consequences will be that the exhibitor will not be invited to return. Show Management will then occupy said space in such manner, as it may deem best for the interest of the show. In the event of a no show, Show Management will retain all funds, no refund will be made and any outstanding balance will still be due.
BOOTH STAFFING. On exhibition days, Exhibitors shall enter the exhibit hall no earlier than one hour before the exhibition opening and shall remain no later than one hour after the exhibition closing. Exhibitors shall staff their booth(s) at all times during the hours the exhibit hall is open. Any Exhibitor that does not staff its booth or begins packing its equipment and/or materials before the close of the show will be penalized and lose priority points gained at the current conference.
BOOTH STAFFING. Failure to staff a booth for all four days and for the required hours of operation may result in the vendor booth being closed and removed for the remainder of the event and 100% of vendor’s fees being forfeited.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or

  • Minimum Staffing The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation. In the event that there is insufficient staffing to meet this undertaking, the Employer will post vacancies so that any unmet care undertaking will be satisfied. (a) The Employer will assign at least the same number of total bargaining unit RN hours that are equal to those hours that were scheduled in the last week ending prior to June 30, 2009. For clarity, this includes existing vacancies. (e) If there is any other reason for the failure to staff in accordance with this article, the Union and Employer will attempt to find a resolution and if unable to do so, the matter may be referred to Arbitration. (f) The Arbitrator/Arbitration Board will have authority to determine whether the reduction in staffing was appropriate and shall have jurisdiction to award an appropriate remedy.
