Common use of EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. Except as this Agreement shall hereinafter otherwise provide, in the event any condition of employment is not specifically covered by this Agreement, the Board’s rules, regulations, customs or practices with regard to said condition of employment as of the date of this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect. Nothing in this Agreement which changes pre-existing Board rules and regulations shall operate retroactively.
