Common use of EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. The provisions of this Agreement shall constitute Committee policy for the duration hereof or until changed by mutual consent in writing. Any previously adopted policy, rule, or regulation of the Committee which is in conflict with provisions of the Agreement shall be superseded and replaced by the Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement that changes pre- existing Committee policy, rules, or regulations shall operate retroactively, unless expressly so stated.
