Expiration of Leaves. Resignation Any member who has exhausted sick and/or vacation leave and has not applied for disability leave under any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed to have resigned voluntarily from the Sheriff’s Office. This provision shall apply to any member who has exhausted his paid leave and not applied for disability leave at the time of execution of this Agreement.
