Exporting Customer Data. If Customer has included “live” or production Customer Data in any Trial Instance of this Trial Service, and Customer elects not to purchase a subscription to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales service, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Project Service Automation service before expiration of the Trial Period for that Trial Instance: (A) Microsoft has no obligation to return Customer Data to Customer; (B) Microsoft will retain such Customer Data for at least 7 days after the expiration of the applicable Trial Period for that Trial Instance; and (C) Microsoft will make commercially reasonable efforts to work with Customer to export such Customer Data.

Exporting Customer Data. During the Term and up to expiration or termination of this Agreement, Customer will have the ability, to the extent available, to export or download Customer’s Data using in-product data export mechanisms. When not available (i.e. Customer data is a copy of Customer’s master data stored elsewhere by Customer) Customer Data will be purged in accordance with Company's then-current data retention policy unless Company is prohibited by law or legal order.
Exporting Customer Data. During any Term and for the period thirty (30) days a]er termination or expiration of this Agreement or the applicable Order Form, provided that Customer is in material compliance with this Agreement, Customer may request its Customer Data used in connection with such Order Form, in comma separated value (.csv) format. Custom exports of Customer Data may incur additional Fees. LeadVolt will not export Customer Data unless any additional Fees are paid in advance. A]er the thirty-day period a]er the termination or expiration of this Agreement, LeadVolt will have no obligation to maintain or make available the applicable Customer Data and may therea]er, unless legally prohibited, delete or make permanently unreadable all Customer Data in LeadVolt systems or otherwise in LeadVolt possession or under LeadVolt control.
Exporting Customer Data. During the Term and up to expiration or termination of this Agreement, Customer will have the ability to export or download Customer’s Data. After such expiration or termination, Playvox will have no obligation to maintain or provide any of Customer’s Data, and Playvox will, unless prohibited by law or legal order, delete Customer’s Data in the Services in accordance with Playvox’s then-current deletion policy.
Exporting Customer Data. If Customer has included “live” or production Customer Data in this Trial Service, and Customer elects not to purchase a subscription to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Business edition service before expiration of the Trial Period for this Trial Service: (A) Microsoft has no obligation to return Customer Data to Customer; (B) Microsoft will retain such Customer Data for at least 90 days after the expiration of the Trial Period; and (C) Microsoft will make commercially reasonable efforts to work with Customer to export such Customer Data.   • Customer Data 4.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

You warrant that You have obtained all consents necessary under applicable law from Your Authorised Users to disclose User Data to the RIM Group of Companies and for the RIM Group of Companies to collect, use, process, transmit, and/or disclose such User Data as described above.

  • Use of Customer Data Verizon, Verizon Affiliates and their respective agents, may use, process and/or transfer Customer Data (including intra-group transfers and transfers to entities in countries that do not provide statutory protections for personal information) as set forth in the Privacy Policy and as necessary:

  • Return of Customer Data Okta shall return Customer Data to Customer and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, delete Customer Data in accordance with the procedures and time periods specified in the Trust & Compliance Documentation, unless the retention of the data is requested from Okta according to mandatory statutory laws.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.
