Exposition Park Master Plan. USC acknowledges that the implementation of the Exposition Park Master Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit G, may result in changes to the Parking Lots 1-6 and the State Drive VIP area in the future. Subject to its rights under Section 11.2 above, USC agrees (a) not to object to the implementation of the Exposition Park Master Plan, (b) to comply with the Master Plan and (c) to cooperate with the implementation of the Master Plan with regards to other areas of Exposition Park, including the Coliseum and the Sports Arena, provided in each case that (x) implementation of the Master Plan does not interfere with USC’s leasehold interest in the Property, (y) such implementation is performed at no cost to USC, and (z) USC shall not be obligated to incur any costs associated with its cooperation. Nothing set forth herein shall constitute USC’s approval of, or consent to, any changes, amendments, or modifications to the Exposition Park Master Plan.

  • Master Plan The School shall prepare its own facility master plan in compliance with the rules of the Public School Capital Outlay Council and the Public Schools Capital Outlay Actxxvi.

These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority 3.2 The Authority may from time to time make changes to the KPIs measured as set out in paragraph 3.1 above and shall issue a replacement version to the Supplier.   • Individual Special Circumstance Arrangements Notwithstanding Article 2.02, the Home and the Union may agree in certain circumstances, to adjust the schedule of an individual full-time employee who normally works seventy five (75) hours bi-weekly, to enable an average bi-weekly work assignment of sixty (60) to seventy five (75) hours. (a) Such an arrangement shall be established by mutual agreement of the Home and the Union and the employee affected. The parties agree that the arrangement applies to an individual, not to a position. The parties will agree to the scheduling provisions that will apply to the employee including that no additional shifts will be scheduled for employees working Individual Special Circumstances Arrangements. (b) The parties shall determine the introduction of a special circumstance arrangement. Issues related to vacation, paid holidays and benefit coverage will be determined by the Home and the Union. The employee will retain full-time status, including but not limited to seniority and service. (c) Any party may discontinue the special circumstance arrangement with notice as determined within the agreement. In the event that the employee affected resigns, transfers, is laid off or terminated, the arrangement will be deemed to be discontinued immediately, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. (d) It is understood and agreed that these arrangements are based on individual circumstances and each agreement is made on a without prejudice or precedent basis.

  • Staffing Plan The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.
