Extended Reporting Coverage. If any of the liability insurance is arranged on a “claims made” basis, Extended Reporting coverage will be required at the completion of this Agreement to a duration of 24 months or the maximum time period the Consultant’s insurer will provide if less than 24 months. Consultant will be responsible for furnishing certification of Extended Reporting coverage as described or continuous “claims made” liability coverage for 24 months following Agreement completion. Continuous “claims made” coverage will be acceptable in lieu of Extended Reporting coverage, provided its retroactive date is on or before the effective date of this Agreement. Coverage will be endorsed to provide a per project aggregate.

Extended Reporting Coverage. (“Tail Coverage”). For Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions Insurance written on a “claims made” basis and for any other required liability insurance provided on a “claims made” basis, Contractor shall provide “tail” coverage at the completion of the contract for a duration of thirty-six (36) months or continuous “claims made” liability coverage provided for thirty-six (36) months following contract completion. Continuous “claims made” coverage will be acceptable in lieu of “tail” coverage provided the retroactive date of the coverage is on or before the effective date of this contract.
Extended Reporting Coverage. After twenty-four (24) months of continuous excess coverage with the PLF, upon termination or cancellation of this Excess Plan by either the Firm or the PLF, the Firm may be eligible to purchase an extended reporting endorsement. This endorsement extends the period within which a Claim may be First Made under this Excess Plan, but does not otherwise change the terms of this Plan. Eligibility to purchase an extended reporting endorsement, the amount of the additional assessment for such coverage and the period during which Claims may be First Made under the endorsement are determined by the PLF’s underwriting department based on the Firm’s claims experience and other underwriting factors.

  • Extended Reporting Period If any required insurance coverage is on a claims-made basis (rather than occurrence), Contractor shall maintain such coverage for a period of no less than three (3) years following expiration or termination of the Contract.

  • Required Reporting Pursuant to RCW 67.28.1816(2)(c)(i): All recipients must submit a report to the COUNTY by December 15, 2020 describing the actual number of people traveling for business or pleasure on a trip during 2020: (A) Away from their place of residence or business and staying overnight in Pacific County in paid accommodations; (B) To a place fifty miles or more one way from their place of residence or business to Pacific County for the day or staying overnight; or (C) From another country or state outside of their place of residence or their business to Pacific County. The ORGANIZATION is also required to submit a final actual expenditure report completed to the best of your ability by December 15, 2020 with the final voucher to receive full payment.

  • Benefit Coverage The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.

  • Claims Made Coverage If any part of the Required Insurance is written on a claims made basis, any policy retroactive date shall precede the effective date of this Contract. Contractor understands and agrees it shall maintain such coverage for a period of not less than three (3) years following Contract expiration, termination or cancellation.

  • Single Coverage The School District will pay up to $28.00 per month for individual coverage for each full-time teacher who qualifies for and enrolls in the School District's group dental insurance plan.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY AND CYBER LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE In addition to the insurance required in Attachment C to this Contract, before commencing work on this Contract and throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor agrees to procure and maintain (a) Technology Professional Liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Contract, with minimum third party coverage of $1,000,000.00 per claim, $2,000,000.00 aggregate. To the extent Contractor has access to, processes, handles, collects, transmits, stores or otherwise deals with State Data, Contractor shall maintain first party Breach Notification Coverage of not less than $1,000,000.00. Before commencing work on this Contract the Contractor must provide certificates of insurance to show that the foregoing minimum coverages are in effect. With respect to the first party Breach Notification Coverage, Contractor shall name the State of Vermont and its officers and employees as additional insureds for liability arising out of this Contract.

  • Insurance Coverage Requirements Without limiting CONTRACTOR’s duty to indemnify, CONTRACTOR shall maintain in effect throughout the term of this Agreement a policy or policies of insurance with the following minimum limits of liability:

  • Required Insurance Coverage As a condition of this Contract with DIR, Vendor shall provide the listed insurance coverage within 5 business days of execution of the Contract if the Vendor is awarded services which require that Vendor’s employees perform work at any Customer premises and/or use employer vehicles to conduct work on behalf of Customers. In addition, when engaged by a Customer to provide services on Customer premises, the Vendor shall, at its own expense, secure and maintain the insurance coverage specified herein, and shall provide proof of such insurance coverage to the related Customer within five (5) business days following the execution of the Purchase Order. Vendor may not begin performance under the Contract and/or a Purchase Order until such proof of insurance coverage is provided to, and approved by, DIR and the Customer. All required insurance must be issued by companies that have an A rating and a Financial Size Category Class of VII from A.M. Best, and are licensed in the State of Texas and authorized to provide the corresponding coverage. The Customer and DIR will be named as Additional Insureds on all required coverage. Required coverage must remain in effect through the term of the Contract and each Purchase Order issued to Vendor there under. The minimum acceptable insurance provisions are as follows:

  • Required Insurance Coverages The Contractor also agrees to purchase insurance and have the authorized agent state on the insurance certificate that the Contractor has purchased the following types of insurance coverages, consistent with the policies and requirements of O.C.G.A. §50-21-37.
