Common use of Extended Work Day Clause in Contracts

Extended Work Day. 2.6.1 An attempt will be made to hold all work-related meetings during work time. If a unit member is required to attend a meeting outside of regular work hours or on a day not designated as a regular work day, they will be compensated for such time at their regular hourly rate or overtime rate as appropriate.
