Common use of Extended Work Day Clause in Contracts

Extended Work Day. 44.01 (a) Where the Parties to this Collective Agreement agree to implement a system employing an extended work day and resultant compressed work week, they shall evidence such Collective Agreement by signing a document indicating those Work Units where such Collective Agreement applies. The list of Nursing Units may be amended from time to time by agreement of the Parties. Such list shall indicate for each Unit whether this list applies to Full- time Employees, Part-time Employees or both.
