Common use of Extended Work Day Clause in Contracts

Extended Work Day. Teachers who, during the 196-day work year, are employed for 36 instruction at the District office or a school beyond the defined teacher work day, will be paid 37 according to their current base rate of pay, exclusive of any supplements paid. 39 (3) Professional Development (a) Attending a Required Training: Teachers who, during the 196-day work year, are 41 required to attend training beyond the defined teacher work day, or are required to attend 42 training beyond the 196-day work year, will be paid according to their current base 43 rate of pay, exclusive of any supplements paid.

Teachers who, during the 196-day work year, are 39 employed for 36 instruction at the District office or a school beyond the defined 1 teacher work day, will be paid 37 according to their current base rate of pay, exclusive of any supplements paid. 39 (3) Professional Development (a) Attending a Required Training: Teachers who, during the 196-day work year, are 41 required to attend training beyond the defined teacher work day, or are required to attend 42 training beyond the 196-day work year, will be paid according to their current base 43 rate of pay, exclusive 2 of any supplements paid.
